You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from TheRubberBandit. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that all information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe violates this requirement.

Rubber Bandit, LLC is a retailer of genuine, manufacturer-sealed condoms and related intimate personal-care products, sourced through legitimate wholesale channels. All products are authentic and sold in their original sealed packaging. Brand names and trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the genuine products we sell. TheRubberBandit is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these brands.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Product descriptions are general in nature. No condom or contraceptive method is 100% effective at preventing pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections. Always read the product packaging and instructions, and consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical guidance. You use all products at your own risk.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel orders, and limit order quantities. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.

All orders are shipped discreetly within 1–3 business days of payment. Tracking is provided via email.

All sales are final upon shipment. We do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains incorrect items, we will replace it free of charge — see our Refund Policy for details.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by texting or emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Shipping is also governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated by reference.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site’s security or operation, not to use automated means to access or scrape the Site, and not to resell products purchased from us without authorization. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

The TheRubberBandit name, logo, Site design, text, and graphics are the property of Rubber Bandit, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheRubberBandit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for any warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or remedy provided by the original product manufacturer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rubber Bandit, LLC and its owners, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from pregnancy, sexually transmitted infection, product failure, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rubber Bandit, LLC and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
