No returns. We replace what goes wrong.
All Sales Final Upon Shipment
We don't accept returns on shipped orders. Once your box leaves our warehouse, it's yours. We can't resell intimate products, and trying to pretend otherwise just makes things complicated for everyone.
But We Will Replace What Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, never shows up, or has the wrong items, we'll replace it free. No return shipping label, no jumping through hoops. Just email us at support@therubberbandit.com within 14 days of your tracking marking the package delivered and we'll send a new one.
What qualifies for a replacement:
- Package damaged in transit
- Order never arrived (we'll work with USPS to investigate)
- Wrong product received
- Missing items from your box
What doesn't qualify:
- “Changed my mind” or “didn't like it”
- Damage caused after delivery
- Issues reported more than 14 days after delivery
Cancel Before Shipment
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Text us at 469-562-3625 (fastest) or email support@therubberbandit.com as soon as possible — we process fast, so the window is usually less than 24 hours.
