Where We Ship

TheRubberBandit currently ships within the United States only. We do not yet ship internationally, but we plan to expand our shipping regions in the future.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no branding, no product description, and nothing on the exterior that indicates what is inside or who it is from. The sender appears as a neutral name. What you order is your business and no one else’s.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery time after processing is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery time frames are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Promotional free shipping, when offered, is applied automatically.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information at the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly.

Canceling an Order

Because we process orders quickly, the window to cancel is short. To cancel, text us at 469-562-3625 as soon as possible — texting is the fastest way to reach us. You may also email support@therubberbandit.com. Orders can be cancelled before they ship; once shipped, all sales are final — but if something arrives damaged or never arrives, we'll replace it free (see our Refund Policy). We recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order to ensure we can stop it in time.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier’s control. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen, or that are marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing. If your tracking shows a problem, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, text us at 469-562-3625 or email support@therubberbandit.com and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Text 469-562-3625 or email support@therubberbandit.com, and we will arrange a replacement.
