What's the commission?+
5% on your first 49 boxes/month, 10% on 50–99, and 20% once you hit 100+. Tiers reset on the 15th of each month and the higher rate is retroactive — hit 100, every box that month earns 20%.
What does “lifetime” mean?+
Once someone orders through your link, they’re yours. You earn on every box they ever order — this month, next year — for as long as you’re a Bandit in good standing.
When do I get paid?+
Monthly. Each payout period runs the 16th to the 15th, and we pay out on the 15th once the period is finalized. No minimum payout — if you earn $5, we send $5.
What about refunds and replacements?+
The Rubber Bandit doesn't issue customer refunds — all sales are final upon shipment. If a customer's order is lost or damaged, we replace it instead, and replacements do NOT reverse your commission: the order stays completed and you keep your earnings. The only things that reverse a commission are pre-ship cancellations, chargebacks (when a customer's bank disputes the charge), and fraud reversals. These are rare.
